Vietnam’s hospitality industry continues to shine on the global tourism map, with numerous hotels and resorts in popular tourist destinations honored as Asia’s best at this year’s World Travel Awards.
Capella Hanoi, on Le Phung Hieu Street in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, was named “Asia’s Leading Luxury Boutique Hotel.”
The hotel boasts 47 rooms and suites, each uniquely styled with operatic artifacts and custom portraits that pay homage to legendary opera artists, composers, designers, and performances.

South Korean girl group Blackpink stayed in its luxury rooms, which can cost up to VND30 million per night, during their first Vietnam shows last year.

American billionaire Bill Gates and his girlfriend Paula Hurd were reportedly seen staying here during a four-day holiday in Da Nang last March.
Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills won in the “Asia’s Leading Themed Resort” category.
Located atop Ba Na Hills in Da Nang, this resort offers nearly 500 rooms with views of the city from an altitude of nearly 1,500 meters.
Visitors often describe it as a “miniature France on top of Ba Na.”

Banyan Tree Lang Co, located in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue, was honored as “Asia’s Leading Luxury Beach Resort.”

About 60 minutes by car from Da Nang and Phu Bai airports, the resort serves as a peaceful escape for travelers exploring Hue, Da Nang, and Hoi An.

Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Nha Trang’s Ninh Van Bay took home two awards: “Asia’s Leading Romantic Resort” and “Asia’s Leading Honeymoon Resort.”
Its 58 villas, built in traditional wood architecture with thatched roofs, are scattered along the beach, on cliffs, and halfway up hills.

Built on the site of a former 19th-century university, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa won two awards: “Asia’s Leading Luxury Resort & Spa” and “Asia’s Leading Luxury Wedding Resort.”
Located along Khem Beach in Vietnam’s largest island Phu Quoc, the resort features more than 230 rooms, with rates starting at VND7.6 million ($309).
Located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Hôtel des Arts Saigon, MGallery Collection was honored as “Asia’s Leading Design Hotel”. The hotel combines classic and modern design elements, featuring an infinity pool and restaurants that serve both Asian and European cuisine.

InterContinental Saigon in HCMC was recognized as “Asia’s Leading Conference Hotel.”
Situated at the intersection of Le Duan and Hai Ba Trung streets, the hotel is near French-era landmarks such as Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon Central Post Office, with easy access to modern attractions like Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Bach Dang Wharf.
